If so, it looks like a pretty good mandoline. I&#039;d have to have more hands-on experience with it to see what faults it might have, but from just a cursory look it seems like it has all of the features I&#039;d be looking for. Definitely read the user comments, though. There are some cautions there.

		<description>The mandoline that you suggest looks really sturdy and would be cinch to use in the kitchen. I had a plastic one in the past but found that it took a lot of energy to cut up my ingredient. The good old knife and wooden block comes out then. Thank you for your post ! Ro</description>
