		<description>I tried and tasted and ended up slightly more than that (more than 2 tbl). But I also know that the cinnamon we buy in Europe (still using old stock) is less spicy then the one you have here.

Now, the granola it is presently in the oven and the smell is very, very nice!

The tastings done so far is that its very good, but I may be using a bit more apples for the next batch.
